User Accounts and Guest Checkout

When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password.
  • Guest Checkout: You may make purchases on the Service as a guest without creating an account. In such cases, You are required to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details to ensure proper order processing and delivery.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Prices and Payments

All prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice before an Order is accepted.

  • Payment Gateway: All online payments are securely processed through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. Supported payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be received by Us prior to the acceptance of an Order. We do not store Your sensitive payment credentials (such as card numbers or CVV) on Our servers.
  • Taxes: Prices displayed on the Website may be subject to applicable taxes (including Goods and Services Tax / GST) as mandated by Indian law, which will be itemized during the checkout process.

3D-Printed Products and Material Disclaimers

Please note that all physical Goods sold on Our Website are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies. By purchasing Our Goods, You acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

  • Surface Finish and Layer Lines: 3D-printed items naturally exhibit visible layer lines, minor surface seams, micro-variations, or slight cosmetic artifacts. These are inherent characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Color and Scale Variations: Colors of actual products may vary slightly from the digital renderings or photographs displayed on Your screen due to monitor settings and filament dye batch variations. Dimensions are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances (typically ±0.5 mm to ±1.0 mm).
  • Material Limitations and Heat Exposure: Standard 3D-printing materials (such as PLA, PETG, or ABS) have specific thermal and mechanical limits. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, Goods are not food-safe, are not dishwasher safe, and may deform if exposed to direct prolonged heat, boiling water, or prolonged direct sunlight inside closed vehicles.
  • Intended Use: Our Goods are intended for decorative, functional, or hobbyist applications as specified. They are not certified for safety-critical, structural, aerospace, medical, or life-supporting applications.

Shipping and Delivery

The delivery dates provided by Us are estimates only. While We make every effort to deliver Your items on time, We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, logistics partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Refunds and Returns

Your purchases are subject to Our Refund and Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, You must notify Us within 7 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund, in accordance with Our Refund and Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding physical products supplied under license), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scribe and Shine and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Prohibited Activities
