The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Shipping Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Scribe and Shine, 2nd Main Road, CBI, Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560024.
• Goods (or "Products") refers to the 3D-printed items and merchandise offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Scribe and Shine, accessible from https://www.scribeandshine3d.com.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to serviceable pin codes within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Production and Processing Time

Because our products are made-to-order physical 3D prints, each item requires specialized manufacturing and post-processing:

• Standard and Customized Orders: Production and handling time takes between 1 to 7 business days, depending on print complexity, build volume, customization, and batch queues.
• Business Days: Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state public holidays.
• High-Volume Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping across India:

• Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders across India.
• Logistics Partner: All shipments are handled and routed through Shiprocket and its affiliated national courier networks.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard transit typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination city and regional pin code accessibility.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has been packed and handed over to our logistics partner.

• The notification will contain your active tracking number and carrier details.
• Tracking links typically take up to 24 hours after dispatch to update with live transit checkpoints.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your complete shipping address, including landmarks and postal PIN code, as well as a reachable phone number, are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, non-deliveries, or returned packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Damaged in Transit and Lost Packages

We package all 3D-printed goods with protective cushioning to minimize the risk of transit damage. However, in the event of unforeseen transit issues:

• Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Take clear photos or a brief unboxing video showing the exterior packaging, courier label, and the damaged item, and email us at contact@scribeandshine3d.com. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund under our Refund and Return Policy.
• Lost in Transit: If your tracking details indicate no movement for an extended period, or if the courier marks the shipment as lost, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with Shiprocket to investigate and initiate a prompt replacement or full refund.
